Acid thickener

Product features:

The ground cross-linked acid system is mainly composed of

thickening agent, crosslinking agent and regulator, and

supporting additives such as drainage agent, corrosion

inhibitor, emulsifier, iron ion stabilizer and rubber breaker,

etc., to form a cross-linked acid system.

The crosslinked acid can be crosslinked in industrial hydrochloric acid with different acid concentration and

different impurity content of 10-28%, and the cross-linking time can be controlled at 60~240s.

Under the experimental conditions of 170s-1 shear rate and 2h, the apparent viscosity of the 140°C formula was still

greater than 50mPa • s. In order to delay the breaking time of the crosslinked acid, capsule encapsulation

technology was used to break the glue and ensure the full release of the glue after the completion of the construction.

0.12% capsule breaking agent was used in the laboratory experiment, and the viscosity of the breaking liquid was

less than 10mPa • s after 3 hours.
